Bitcoin’s natural user base
There are more “natural” supporters of the bitcoin than you think – groups of people for whom it has an economic or ilot advantage if the Bitcoin becomes a real currency with a real economic basis. We have identified 11 groups or milieus that, at least in theory, should be interested in bitcoins and other virtual currencies.
The concept of “natural” allies was a standing term in 17. and 18. Century when the European princes talked through cabinet wars. It meant that various principalities were intended to do a common thing because they had common interests – territorial, economic or religious. Transferred to the Bitcoin – which groups are “natural” supporters of virtual currencies? Who will it use if the Bitcoin becomes a recognized currency?

The anonymous and private
A feature of the bitcoin is that transactions are anonymous than with a bank account. As is well known, Bitcoins are not as anonymous as cash, but the pseudonymity of the Bitcoin addresses is useful to protect privacy. The groups that might be interested in this feature are very different:
Criminals: Anyone who does something that is prohibited by the law of their country. These can be classic criminals such as drug dealers, stealers or blackmailers, but also dissidents or whistleblower. The freedom that provides the pseudonymity of the bitcoin is of use for criminals in free societies – as well as those who are suppressed by an autocratic regime.

Property of privacy: However, you don’t have to be criminal to want to pull your curtains down. It is one of the fundamental rights in an open society to escape the look of Big Brother and decide who is watching you when. The Germans did not protest against Google Street views because they are criminal, and the total monitoring of internet traffic by the NSA has not caused any outrage because everyone wants to commit crimes on the Internet. People want single privacy – as they don’t want the neighbor to watch while sitting on the bowl. It has been known since the revelations of Snowede that the bank accounts of everyone are an open book for the secret services. Anyone who is interested in financial privacy has an instrument with the Bitcoin to protect it.
